Box Score HOUGHTON, N.Y. – The visiting Golden Flyers came out hard scoring the first seven goals before the Highlanders found the net late in the first quarter. The second quarter continued with strong play by the Golden Flyers as they netted six more goals and prevented the Highlanders from scoring. Nazareth led 15-1 over Houghton at halftime.
 
The Highlanders were silenced once again in the third quarter while the Golden Flyers added five more goals to their lead. In the final quarter of play, the Highlanders were able to scored one goal while the visitors found seven more goals. The Golden Flyers beat Houghton with a final 27-2.
