"We were excited to travel down south for warmer weather and a chance to compete against many nationally ranked teams," said Head Coach Ben Campbell. "The weather, though windy and a bit cold on the final day, did not disappoint. The team showed tremendous heart, never giving up. We were so close in all three rounds, giving ourselves many opportunities for birdies, but weren't able to capitalize on those chances. That's how it goes sometimes. We will come back after spring break and put the work in to get better as individuals and as a team, and be ready for the next competition."

The Highlanders next event is March 15 when they host the WNY Conference Tournament.
