HOUGHTON, N.Y. -- Senior Kayla Camacho has earned D3hoops.com Women's Basketball All-Region III honors following the 2024-25 season.

Camacho was named to the Second Team after earning her second straight All-E8 first team accolade and surpassing the 1,000-career point milestone this season. She finished fourth in the league in scoring, averaging 17.3 points per game and grabbed 6.7 boards per contest, while dishing out 2.6 assists per game. Camacho has led Houghton to a 17-10 overall record with the Highlanders competing in in the National Christian College Athletic Association Tournament.

Players were nominated for the D3hoops.com awards by the Sports Information Directors. The ballot was then made available to SIDs, who voted for a predetermined number of players in their region. Players from these lists are eligible for the D3hoops.com All-America teams, which will be released Saturday, March 22.
