"It was fun to get to compete with our men today. Having only had a few practices together I was excited but unsure of what today would bring," said Head Coach Jordan Crouch. "I think we competed intensely and fought with a great team until the very last ball. Shoutout to Graham and Nolan getting a big win at first doubles, and Ben played exceptionally well today at sixth singles. I'm proud of how we played today and can't wait for next Wednesday against Oneonta. Let's go Highlanders!"
Houghton returns to action when they travel to Oneonta on Wednesday, September 11.
