Gariana Valentin would add a strong win at fifth singles 6-1, 6-4, and last but not least, Leary would pull out a tight affair 6-3, 4-6, 10-7 at the fourth spot to complete the sweep.
"It feels nice to grab a convincing victory after the tough weekend," Coach Shilvock said post match. "We played great tennis this weekend but could not pull out the pressure points. Today, we were able to win all the big points which is a great step in the right direction. Hopefully we can build some confidence with this win as we head into this big weekend of conference play!"
The Highlanders will take a day to rest up and will be off to Utica University Friday afternoon and then back home against Alfred University Saturday at 1pm.
