HOUGHTON, N.Y. -- Houghton women's tennis Head Coach Zach Shilvock is pleased to announce his 2021-22 recruiting class.

The two-member class joins six returners who finished 4-4 (3-3 E8) and advanced to the Empire 8 Tournament semifinals this spring.

Both recruits hail from Chautauqua County in Western New York.

Below are the two newcomers and comments from Coach Shilvock.

Marilynn Amborski
Westfield, NY / Westfield High School / Jamestown Community College

Marilynn was a player we were looking to bring in a few years ago. We are excited she is joining our team now. She will bring an athletic edge to the court that will push our team to higher standards.

Hialeah Johnson
Panama, NY / Panama Central School

Hialeah was a late commit to our team that we are excited to have. She is an experienced tennis player and athlete who will provide a lot of value to our team and culture.
