ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Houghton women's lacrosse lost 23-4 on the road to Nazareth in Empire 8 action Wednesday night.

The Golden Flyers scored the first 11 goals of the contest, before Reegan Mitchell scored the Highlanders with just over 10 minutes left in the first half. The score was 15-1 at the intermission.

After three more Nazareth goals, Mary Doell tallied another for Houghton. Reegan Mitchell and Mikayla Simons also scored for the Highlanders in the final 2:31.
