HAMBURG, NY – Dylan Lambert moved into sixth place on the Houghton Highlander all-time scoring list with a 33-point effort, but it was not enough to defeat the Hilbert Hawks in Monday night's non-conference matchup, 71-93.
The Highlanders grabbed a one-point lead early in the second half on a
Jordan Holmes jumper, and kept pace until nearly midway through the final period.
In the final 13 minutes, though, the Hawks offense caught fire, outscoring the Highlanders by 17 points the remainder of the way.
