HOUGHTON, N.Y. – Houghton women's basketball dominated to claim a win against Wells College, 73-32, in a game coming off of Thanksgiving Break on Wednesday night.
Taking the lead early on in the game,
Madison Detwiler, assisted by
Cori Beck, put two points on the board within the first 40 seconds of the game and the Highlanders would go into the second half of the game leading 30 -18.
In the final minutes of the game, freshman
Emie Taylor scored 2 2-pointers, her first as a Highlander.
