ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Fighting against rainy conditions, Houghton women's soccer was unable to score against the Golden Flyers of Nazareth College on the road Saturday afternoon.

The Golden Flyers were quick to put on the pressure, taking the first shot by either team within the first four minutes of the game. Nazareth would then make nineteen more shots before the end of the first period and score once. Houghton would take one shot in the first period and come back to make three more in the second, in all, three of these shots were on goal. However, Houghton would remain goalless as Nazareth scored three more times by the end of the second period.
