Raegan Ryan

Raegan Ryan was named assistant coach for the women's basketball program in June 2015.

Ryan came to the Highlanders after completing a stellar four-year career at Cedarville (Ohio) University, where she helped guide the Yellowjackets to a 27-4 record, a Great Midwest Conference title and an appearance in the NCAA Division II Regional Tournament during the 2014-15 season. After her final season, Ryan was tabbed the G-MAC Player of the Year and the NCCAA National Player of the Year. She finished her career with 1,484 points to rank 14th all-time at Cedarville. She was also a three-time G-MAC Academic All-Conference selection.

A native of Canisteo, N.Y., Ryan is an alumni of Houghton basketball camps and served as a Houghton camp coach in 2013 and 2014. She also worked on the camp staff at Cedarville for three years and at LeMoyne University for one year.

Ryan has a passion for sports ministry, participating in a trip to Panama with her college team and serving for three weeks in Israel with Athletes in Action in May 2015.

Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in middle childhood education with a minor in Bible from Cedarville.
