HOUGHTON, N.Y. – Thirty-four Houghton University spring student-athletes have earned All-America Scholar-Athlete recognition by the National Christian College Athletic Association for their work in the classroom.
To be named an NCCAA Scholar-Athlete, these Highlanders maintained at minimum a cumulative GPA of 3.40 through the fall semester and are at least juniors in academic standing.
They bring the total Houghton student-athletes to receive this honor to 75 for the 2023-24 academic year. Twenty-one athletes were honored after the fall season, while another 20 winter athletes received recognition.
"Our student-athletes continue to impress me with their commitment to both their athletics and academics," said Houghton Director of Athletics
