GREENVILLE, Pa. -- Three players scored five goals and Houghton women's lacrosse improved their record to 2-2 after a 20-14 win over Thiel College on Saturday.
The Highlanders scored five-straight goals midway through the first half to break open a one-goal game. Houghton led 12-4 at the half thanks to four goals from
Marissa Hews.
The Tomcats outscored the Highlanders 10-8 in the second half, including the final three goals of the contest in the last two minutes.
