ORLANDO, Fla. -- Houghton women's tennis dropped its Thursday match against Oglethorpe University, 9-0.
"We've had a great week down here in Florida. We had a tough match today, but despite the score we had some girls play, hands-down, the best matches of their Houghton careers today," said Head Coach
Tonya McGraner. "We came down here to see some really great teams and gain a lot of experience to take back with us to New York, and that's exactly what we've done. It's hard coming off the week 0-4, but the girls have handled it with a positive attitude and a growth mindset, and that has been really special to see."
The Highlanders return to action to take on Penn State Behrend at home on March 17.
