A shutout win against conference rival Nazareth College on Saturday propels the Houghton Highlanders Men's Tennis Team to a 6-0 conference record. The Highlanders have managed to stay perfect in conference play this season, thanks to their aggressive doubles play, early momentum leads, and gritty singles lineup. "Today was just a good example of what the guys have been doing well this season. They came out with high energy in doubles, they played aggressively on serve and at the net, and they created momentum that allowed us to carry over and take some quick singles wins to secure the match." says Head Coach

Jake Fisler, played a flawless 8-0 match to lead off the Highlander's points for the day. Second and third doubles followed, with each earning an 8-2 win over their opponents. Senior
Zach Shilvock scored Houghton their fourth point with a 6-0, 6-0 defeat, and the match clinch was secured by Sophomore

The Highlanders will be back in action next Saturday, April 27
th, in their final E8 matchup of the season against Utica College at 1:00pm – HOME.
