ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Houghton men's tennis stayed perfect in conference play, taking a 7-2 win over St. John Fisher on the road Tuesday.
The Highlanders got wins in second and third doubles and first, second, third, fourth and fifth singles.
"The guys had to work hard for some solid doubles wins today," said Head Coach
Tonya McGraner. "Then they were able to take that momentum and roll with it for singles. The energy and the intensity was really good today."
The Highlanders, currently ranked first in the E8, improved their record to 7-4 overall and 4-0 in conference play.
Houghton returns to action Saturday at Elmira at 10 a..m.
