ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Houghton men's tennis got wins in third and fifth singles and first doubles, but came out on the short-end of a 6-3 overall match score to RIT on Saturday.

Getting the wins for the Highlanders were Jake Fisler (4-6, 6-4, 6-3) in third singles and Ethan Yung (7-5, 4-6, 10-8) in fifth singles. Fisler and Louis-Guillaume Garcia teamed up for the doubles win, 8-6.

Zach Shilvock had a strong showing in second singles, just losing out with scores of 6-3, 4-6, 7-5.

Houghton (1-3) returns to action when they host SUNY Delhi on Saturday, March 16.
