Men's Basketball Falls at Stevens

HOBOKEN, NJ—The Houghton Highlanders could not overcome an early deficit, losing to the Stevens Ducks on the road, 88-46.

The Ducks opened the game with a 12-0 run before Houghton seemed to gain their feet.  The Highlanders played the Ducks nearly to par throughout the remainder of the half—even cutting the lead to as few as four points on the Cody Johnson layup midway through the half—and entered the locker room trailing, 26-40.

In the second half the Ducks strung together multiple runs, extending their lead and keeping the Highlanders at bay for the remainder of the game.
