Ben Lawrence scored twice in just over a minute span in the second half as Houghton men's soccer secured a 2-0 win over Buffalo State at the Fredonia Blue Devil Classic on Friday. The win improves the Highlander record to 3-1 on the season.

Jordan Crouch was outstanding in goal. He made a couple of outstanding saves in the second half. Buffalo State came out of halftime with a ton of pressure, but we were able to withstand that and scored two quick goals that changed the momentum.
