The Lady Highlanders dropped a hard fought game at Nazareth tonight.

Naz jumped on the board early scoring the first two goals of the game.  Houghton answered right back to tie the score at 2-2 with goals by Jenny Zacchigna and Meghan Oswald.

Nazareth controlled the rest of the first half taking an 11-5 lead into the break.  They came out hot again in the second half scoring the first 6 goals of the second half.  

Nazareth out shot Houghton 30-13 on the night, and chalked up the win by a score of 17-9.  

Jenny Zacchigna scored 5 goals on the game.  Meghan Oswald and Elizabeth Piszker scored the other two goals for Houghton.  

The Highlanders' next contest is home against Ithaca at noon on Saturday.
