ALFRED, N.Y. – .Alfred University scored the equalizer with eight minutes left and converted a penalty kick five minutes into the second overtime to take a 3-2 win over Houghton in men's soccer action Saturday.

Alfred had gained an early lead with a goal in the 27th minute, before Houghton scored twice in the early stages of the second half to go up 2-1.
