2020-21: Sanchez closed her Houghton career with another strong season, earning an Empire 8 outdoor championship in the 800 meters with a time of 2:19.29. She also finished first in the 400 meters at the conference championship and helped Houghton place first in the 4x800 relay. She also competed in the 800 meters and 4x400 relay during the indoor season.

2019-20: Sanchez continued to excel in the middle-distance events during the indoor season. She won the Empire 8 Indoor Championship in the 800 meters with a time of 2:25.13 and competed at the AARTFC Indoor Championships in the 400 meters. She also recorded a season-best 800-meter time of 2:23.14 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational and helped Houghton post a 4:10.12 in the 4x400 relay. 

2018-19: Sanchez enjoyed the most dominant season of her career, winning the Empire 8 Indoor Championship in the 800 meters with a time of 2:17.60 and finishing second in the 400 meters. She placed third in the 800 at the AARTFC Indoor Championships. Outdoors, Sanchez again captured the Empire 8 800-meter title, running 2:16.38, while also helping Houghton win the conference championship in the 4x800 relay. She qualified for the AARTFC Outdoor Championships in both the 400 and 800 meters and established career-best times of 57.84 in the 400 and 2:15.38 in the 800. 

2017-18: Sanchez made an immediate impact for Houghton as a freshman, winning the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship in the 800 meters with a time of 2:20.46. She also helped the Highlanders finish second in the 4x800 relay and third in the 4x400 relay. At the AARTFC Outdoor Championships, she placed fourth in the 800 meters. She was Houghton's first-ever E8 Female Outdoor Track & Field Rookie of the Year. During the indoor season, Sanchez finished second in the Empire 8 400 meters and helped Houghton place second in the 4x400 relay. She also won the 800 meters at several regular-season meets while developing into one of the Highlanders' top middle-distance runners.

Sanchez's 2:15.38 in the 800 meters, recorded at the 2019 Swarthmore Final Qualifier, remains her collegiate best in the event, while her 57.84 in the 400 meters was recorded at the 2019 AARTFC Outdoor Championships.
