2017:  Team captain...Ran a cross-country personal best of 16:44.5 in the 5000m at the Highlander Short Course Twilight Invitational...Finished 28th at the Empire 8 Championships, helping the Highlanders to a 4th place team finish...Ran a personal best of 26:54.1 in the 8000m at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships

2016: Finished 8th in the 5000m at the Highlander Short Course Invitational in a personal best of 16:55.1...Finished 47th at the Empire 8 Championships, helping the Highlanders to a 5th place team finish...Qualified for the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships

2015: Finished 7th in the 5000m at the Highlander Short Course Invitational in a season best of 17:20.06...Ran a personal best of 27:34.7 in the 8000m at the NCCAA Championships
